Cancellation Policies-

Orders can be canceled by customers as well as by an admin (stock, logistic or for any other issues). If a prepaid order is canceled by our admin, the amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days whatever the parcel is dispatched or not. If a prepaid order is canceled by the customer before dispatching of the ordered item, the amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days. But if that is canceled after dispatching of the ordered item, the amount will be refunded only after the parcel is returned to us by courier. In the case of Cash on Delivery if a customer repeat cancellation, that account may be blocked by our admin.

Return Policies-

We at aranim.in, endeavor to give you a quality product of your choice. However, if we deliver you a wrong product (wrong item/wrong size/wrong color) you can apply for return without any hesitation. Please note that unboxing video is mandatory in this condition. No extra charge will be added in that case. At our store we have a 5-days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You can apply for return or exchange from your order history. If your return is accepted, we’ll manage the return from our side.

Exchanges Policies-

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item which you actually wanted to purchase.

Refund Policies-

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you have to provide us your bank details and we will refund you to your bank account. In the case of prepaid order you’ll be automatically refunded on your origin payment method. Please remember it can 3 to 5 days for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
